Peter Grünfeldt rides for Simple, he’s been on the team since the start. Jesper Stern made an edit of some of Peter’s more recent riding. I found the link to the edit on Simple’s new Twitter page. Check that from time to time why don’t’cha? Jesper also has a bunch of other edits up on his Vimeo channel. Be sure to check them out.
In other Peter news, it seems like the poor bugger has broken his collarbone. Not fun! Get better soon buddy!
Simple Bike Co. now has a page of its own on everyones favorite social networking site Facebook. Go there and do a search for “Simple Bike Co.” and be sure to become a fan. Also, there is an update on the site with more photos from the team and their roadtrip in Sweden and Denmark. Also, Niels has an interview on DataBMX (scroll down for English).
A large portion of the Simple team was recently in Denmark for the yearly Roskilde festival of music and drunkenness. The festival is now over and it’s road trip time. They started out riding a few spots in Copenhagen and there’s a whole lot of pictures up on the Simple site.
Now they’ve moved on to check out what Sweden has to offer and I’m hoping on updates from there as well.

There are a few updtes on the Simple Site. Niels is doing a good job with the multi-tasking since he’s playing host for a large portion of the Simple team while doing demos at the Roskilde music festival in Denmark.
The latest update includes some photos from the riding that has gone down so far.
Here are some “spy shots” straight off the factory production line of some of the new Simple products that will be out shortly. Not all of them are new products, but most of them have been refined from the previous batch. The biggest change would probably be on the System-stem which has received a total makeover.
Excuse the photo quality, real product shots will be up on the Simple site shortly.
The other day I got sent a link to this german site called Leichtsinn, which is a weight-weenie site mostly dedicated to bmx products. The main story on there now features a modified version of the Simple stem, the System. He’s done a really good job of it and it looks way more tech and way less “simple”. It’s cool to see anyway and I hope it works well in it’s modified state.
The fact of the matter is that during the design stages of that stem I actually had a version that had just about those exact same cutouts, but we decided to go for the more clean, straight forward look.
I just found this video of Mark Vos posted on TCU. He rides for Simple Bikes, although Niels over at Simple seems to have been a bit too busy to post this yet — or it might just be the different time zones playing a trick on us. It seems Mark likes to go fast and to do wallrides which means he’s a rider in my taste. What’s better than wallrides and speed? I really enjoyed this video, I hope you will too!
Eduards Zunda has got an interview up on BMX Union. Well worth a read. There are some really nice riding photos up there as well, including one that I can’t understand at all. Some kind of upside down tailtap in the ceiling?! Weird!
