Trail slaying style cat Dean Manson has a new edit out courtesy of Sputnic and Connections. Dean rode the bike, Flagz held the camera and edited the footage to some classic Iron Maiden.

Here’s my good mate Flagz’ Sputnic edit that just got posted up on the Focalpoint site. Flagz knows how to have fun on a bike and it shows in this edit. He’s also not afraid of pulling out some rad moves on rails. Go Flagz!
Just watched this edit of my friend Chris ‘Flagz’ Matthews who rides for Sputnic. It’s a good mix of street and park with some really good moves in it. I dig it!
Connections is a shop in Bendigo outside of Melbourne which is owned and operated by cool dudes who are good friends of a good friend of mine, Flagz. They recently held a birthday jam and Flagz made a little edit of the footage he got from the event. Looks like they had a good time!
Flagz is also in charge of editing and filming for the new Focalpoint venture Defero video magazine which will drop it’s first issue soon!
Since arriving to Melbourne I have heard people talk about the annual Bendigo Trails Jam and how wild and fun it is. It’s just this classic BMX jam with ghetto ramps, lots of beer and a ton of wild riding going on. Sounds like a blast to me! This year it will go down on Saturday the 4th of October.

There’s an indoor park under construction here in Melbourne and it’s called Rampfest . Old news for some, but it’s still worth a mention since the place is going to be sick once it’s finished. Huge ramps, smaller ramps, foampit, resi boxjump… kinked ledges and rails. All you can think of. Have a look at this panoramic image that I made.
We went there today to check in on how the construction is coming along and we had a little session in the foampit. Some of us jumped off a platform that was pretty damn high up. Harry even did it naked and I’ve got proof. This photo is of Chris “Flagz” Matthews jumping off that thing.
