Got sent photos of 2 random Simple Enigma bikechecks and one funnybike.
First one is from ZombieBMX, it’s a featured bikecheck of Stephen’s Enigma. Pretty cool paintjob there!

This next one is something I found when browsing the ZombieBMX site. Maybe someoune had a vision of what’s to come if the current trend keeps it’s course. Should probably be taken as a warning!

Third one is another Enigma that Niels over at Simple linked me to. Pretty Bling! with all the money he’s pasted onto the bike!

I just saw these two cool looking custom completes built around Simple frames. These two bikes are available from Hell On Wheels in Sydney. I spotted (and snagged) the photos from their blog.
The white and black one looks Ace!

Decided to do a little writeup on the specs of the 2009 Simple frames, the Ace, Enigma and Weaver. I think it’s a shame that many companies don’t write a full list of specs that have some kind of “standard” so that the specs can be compared to the specs of other frames. BB height for example is traditionally measured from the ground to the center of the bottom bracket. This, as many of you already know, will vary with tyre size and fork choice. So why not just all agree to specify the height from the axle-to-axle centerline? Sure this still leaves the fork variation, but it’s at least one less variable…

The Interbike tradeshow is over for this year. According to Niels at Simple Bikes, who attended the event, a lot of interesting things were on display.
Both Cristoph Huber’s Unity distribution (Simple distributor in Europe) and Sidewall distro (Smpl distributior in the US) had Simple/Eject stuff on display. And from what I’ve heard there were a lot of interest in the Eject hub and other Simple/Eject parts. Good news indeed!
This complete Enigma giveaway bike with all Simple parts was a highlight at the Sidewall booth and got a lot of attention.
