Does this look familiar? Yeah, thought so too. Didn’t that other German company make one just like that?

Next in line!

Adrian the winner.

Adrian Malmberg, the new kid on the Simple team, just won a comp in the little town of Hofors, Sweden. It was a park comp and I can imagine he ripped. Video/photos will be posted as soon as I can get hold of some. Also woth to mention is that original Eject teammember Martin DT got second. Good work boys!

Finnish action!

My friend Antti in Finland just sent me this videoclip from a recent tradeshow that was held in Helsinki. They had built up a streetcourse and a dirt stepdown plus one jump. I’m not sure whether there was a comp or just a jam/demo. But here’s the video (old man Niels Thanild of Simple Bikes even has an appearance towards the end):

This is hilarious!

(if you don’t like Windows and Micosoft computers)

Just found these two videos on a computergeek-forum and I find it extremely funny. It is funny because it pinpoints many aspects of why Win sucks and this other fruit company’s software and hardware is so much better. And this was way back in like –95! Pretty weak that it’s pretty much status quo more than 12 years later!

Here’s the first video:

And here’s the other one:

And a link to the second one in better quality from the originating site.

It’s been very, very hot here, and me not having a job has left me staying indoors playing with some old photos. So here are two from a trip to Oslo that happened about two years ago. The photos are of Robert Källström and Peter Riiga both doing tabletops out of the same quarterpipe.

My very good friend and photographer Thomas Karlsson has his portfolio online. We went to photography school together ans since then he’s taken his photography skills quite a bit further than I have. He’s now a professional photographer and have many published photos in his portfolio. Check the links section to the right to be transferred to his site.

Here’s a sample of what’s on there — a not so flattering portrait of yours truly.

New project

Found this beauty on some abandoned and empty patch of land here in Melbourne. Of course I had to bring it with me back to our place. It will be my little project to restore it into riding condition. Been wanting one of these “childhood” bikes for a very long time, it’s gonna be nice!

New Simple Bikes teamrider

Swedish rider Adrian Malmberg now has a spot on the Simple team.
Not very surprising at all that he would be picked up by a bike company, and I’m glad Simple got to him first!
Check the video below to see some riding action.
